Relayo uses each platform's official APIs. You authorize every connection via OAuth and can disconnect any time inside the app or by requesting data deletion.

How each integration works

MercadoLibre

Sync questions, claims, returns, and listings from your MercadoLibre seller account.

Data we access

Buyer questions (answered and unanswered).
Orders, claims, and returns tied to your account.
Listings and items (title, price, stock, attributes).
Basic seller identity (nickname, site_id).

How you connect

Settings → Connections → Connect MercadoLibre. You're redirected to auth.mercadolibre.com.ar and bounced back to Relayo with a signed session.

How you disconnect

Settings → Connections → Disconnect. We revoke the refresh token on MercadoLibre and purge data after 30 days.

Instagram Messaging

Direct messages from your Instagram professional account linked to a Facebook Page.

Data we access

Instagram Business and linked Facebook Page identifiers.
Direct message threads and individual messages.
Message metadata (timestamp, direction, content type).
Public name and avatar of the sender.

How you connect

Settings → Connections → Connect Instagram. We use Facebook Login for Business: you authorize the permissions and pick the Instagram account to connect.

How you disconnect

Settings → Connections → Disconnect, or via Facebook → Settings → Apps and websites. We also process Meta's Data Deletion callback automatically.

WhatsApp Business Platform

Conversations from your WhatsApp Business number via Meta's Embedded Signup.

Data we access

WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) and phone_number_id.
Messages your customers send to you.
Approved templates and delivery status (sent, delivered, read).
Per-conversation billing information (Meta model).

How you connect

Settings → Connections → Connect WhatsApp. Embedded Signup walks you through Meta to link your WABA and register your number.

How you disconnect

Settings → Connections → Disconnect, or remove the app from Meta Business Manager. Your phone number is then free to reassign.

Data deletion and export

You can request deletion of your data at any time. We honor Meta's automated data deletion callback and direct email requests.

In-app: Settings → Connections → Disconnect. Channel data is purged 30 days later.
