By accessing relayo.cc, creating an account, or using the service, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, do not use Relayo.

1. The service

Relayo is a MercadoLibre seller support desk: questions, inbox, AI drafts, Instagram, WhatsApp, and optional billing. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises of commercial results, uninterrupted uptime, or permanent third-party API compatibility.

2. No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relayo disclaims express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, and non-infringement.

3. Data and AI

Synced marketplace and messaging data may be outdated or incorrect. AI drafts are suggestions only: you are solely responsible for reviewing and sending every reply to buyers and third parties.

4. Your account

You are responsible for your account, credentials, and connected integrations. You must comply with Mercado Libre, Meta, WhatsApp, and Mercado Pago policies. Abusive or unlawful use is prohibited.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relayo and its operators are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, buyer claims, or platform penalties arising from use of the service.

Total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to amounts you paid Relayo in the twelve (12) months before the event, or zero if none, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. No affiliation

Relayo is independent and not affiliated with Mercado Libre, Mercado Pago, Meta, or other named providers.

7. Changes

We may change these terms at any time. The current version is posted here (2026-05-22 or later). Continued use after changes means acceptance, unless law requires otherwise.
