Relayo Cookie Policy

Relayo · relayo.cc · Version 2026-05-22

This Policy explains how relayo.cc uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixels) when you visit the site or use the application.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by the browser. They help remember preferences, maintain secure sessions, and understand how the site is used.

2. Cookies we use

  • Essential: session authentication (secure tokens), load balancing, and security. Required to sign in and operate the workspace.
  • Preferences: interface language (lang cookie, es or en) to display Spanish or English.
  • Analytics (limited): aggregated product usage metrics to improve performance and detect errors, without third-party advertising profiles on relayo.cc.

3. Third-party cookies

When connecting MercadoLibre, Instagram, or WhatsApp, you may be redirected to those providers’ domains, which apply their own cookie policies. Relayo does not control cookies set outside relayo.cc during OAuth.

4. Duration

Session cookies expire when you sign out or after inactivity as defined by the auth provider. Language preference may persist up to 12 months unless you clear it manually.

5. How to manage them

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent sign-in. For language, use the selector on the homepage (/ and /en routes).

6. Updates

We will post changes on this page with version 2026-05-22 or later. Continued use after changes means you acknowledge the updated policy.
